This bottling features an innovative finish in South African red wine casks that were allowed to mature for 16 months – a first in Talisker's history. With an alcohol content of 48.2% ABV, the whisky is bottled in its natural color and without chill filtration, underscoring its authenticity and intensity.
On the nose, a complex bouquet of red fruits such as figs, sultanas, and raspberries unfolds, complemented by maritime notes of iodine and smoke.
