St.Kilian Signature Edition Eleven
The Signature Edition Eleven, limited to 8,340 bottles, was stored exclusively in former Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey casks. By maximizing reflux during distillation, the spirit has been distilled multiple times, resulting in a mildly fruity flavor of vanilla cream, fresh citrus notes, banana and grilled apricots. The pleasantly warming campfire smoke and spicy oak notes round off the taste experience. A single malt whiskey that is definitely unique!
Tasting Notes:
Friendly peat smoke is combined with a sweet blend of vanilla and toasted malt, enhanced with ripe banana, citrus and juicy apricot fruit aromas, complemented by subtle dry ash notes. The soft fruity sweetness of vanilla cream, fresh citrus notes, bananas and grilled apricots is accompanied by pleasant campfire smoke and spicy oak notes and garnished with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
