St.Kilian David's Choice Single Cask
The St.Kilian David's Choice Single Cask is an exquisite single malt whisky that was personally selected by our spiritus rector, David F. Hynes. This mild tipple was stored for five years in a fresh 225 litre cask made of fine chestnut wood to develop a rich and full-bodied taste.
Made from 100% pure barley malt and double distilled in our original Scottish pot stills, this whisky is a true delight for connoisseurs and lovers. With a gorgeous mahogany colour and natural colour, it is non-chill filtered to retain its unique character.
