Tasting Notes:
Nose: Notes of sweet grilled pork and leather-bound books enter this whisky. There is an earthy note that hints at the peat influence, along with notes of nectarine and menthol.
Palate: The sweetness continues on the palate with notes of honey, caramel and parma violet. A hint of orange peel complements the subtle influence of peat.
Finish: The earthy element continues through the finish, along with notes of tobacco leaf.
