Der Secret Speyside verbindet die Herkunft aus der schottischen Speyside mit einer 18-jährigen Reifung in First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts. Destilliert wurde dieser Single Malt 2008, abgefüllt 2026. Er gehört zur 100 Proof Exceptional Edition #17 und bringt mit 57,1% Vol. ein kräftiges, nicht rauchiges Profil ins Glas. Die Abfüllung erfolgt ohne Kühlfiltrierung und ohne Farbstoff.
Dunkle Früchte, Schokolade und Eiche
- Duft: Dunkle Trockenfrüchte prägen den ersten Eindruck, ergänzt durch Orangenschale und nussige Akzente.
- Geschmack: Datteln und getrocknete Feigen treffen auf Zartbitterschokolade. Deutliche Eichennoten geben dem fruchtigen Profil eine würzige Struktur.
- Nachklang: Schwarzer Tee und karamellisierte Nüsse begleiten den langen Abgang.
