Irish American Classic Blend Sample
Irish American Classic is a blended whiskey made from 70% malted barley. The blend is double distilled in copper pot stills and non-chill-filtered for maximum flavor. It is matured in first-fill ex-American bourbon casks to ensure true smoothness. A touch of 10-year-old single malt is also blended in to make it truly special. Irish American Classic Blend is a rich and vibrant whiskey, aromatic with a hint of spice.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Quite delicate and refined, floral and citrus notes with hints of cinnamon and oak.
Palate: Light and delicate in the foreground with a very approachable blend of vanilla and oak.
Finish: A mild pepper finish.
