Grace O'Malley Rum Cask Whisky is a special blend combining several batches of whisky, each up to ten years old, to achieve the perfect balance of fruitiness, age character, complexity, and smoothness. This special blend, unique to Ireland due to its high double-distilled malt content, is aged in Caribbean-aged rum casks for a particularly rich flavor.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Shows a great fruity character with hints of toffee, ripe banana and tropical fruits.
Palate: Creamy start with a fusion of aromas of roasted grains and notes of fruit compote.
Finish: Long and sweet with lingering rum notes.
