A fine drop that saw the light of day in September 2013 and was then allowed to mature carefully on site for 4 years. But that's not all, because after its trip to Europe it was stored here for another 5 years until it was finally bottled for you at an explosive cask strength of 69.7% vol. A truly exquisite treat not to be missed.
Tasting Notes:
Experience the concentrated power of Australia with a fruity start. Woody notes are found in the scent, which then morph into a fruity explosion. Papaya, dragon fruit and pear are a bit shy at the beginning. But candied fruits also dance in the nose. The rum tastes like sweet cotton candy that melts in your mouth. It is reminiscent of Rumtopf and fills the entire mouth. Langpfeffer is also skilfully staged here, a true composition of lightness and strength. Our recommendation: The full aroma unfolds with a few drops of water.
