This exceptional whiskey is the result of combining two mashbills, one of which is 95% rye and 5% malted barley, and the other of which is 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% malted barley. The whiskey was then aged for a full 7 years, allowing it to develop a complex and rich flavor profile.
At 117.2 barrel proof (58.5% ABV), Rossville Union 7 Year Rye Barrel Proof is bottled at full strength to ensure it retains its original alcohol content and is full of flavor.
