With the Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey from the Midleton distillery comes the Lustau Edition from Redbreast.
Tasting notes
Nose: Rich infusion of dark fruits, plums, dates and figs with licorice, marzipan, toasted oak and aromatic spices.
Palate: Assertive spices, complemented by the richness of the sherry finish and the contribution of fresh Spanish oak.
Aftertaste: Endless. Sweet and various spices remain, while Oloroso sherry and Spanish oak have the final say.
