RA Guyana Rum 32 Years MEV
This rum was distilled in December 1990 and shipped to Europe in early 1991. Distillation took place in a single wood-fired still and bottling took place in rum casks. When pouring, aromas of apricot, a subtle pencil note, anise and cedar unfold. After about half an hour, these aromas become even more intense and a little fresher, complemented by a fine note of vanilla and herbs. The taste is spicy and strong with fruity notes of apricot, leather, pencil and herbs. The rum is not sweet but has a very long and dry finish with spice and pencil shavings.
