CADC Venezuela Rum 17 years
Rum also has a long history and so they bottled the molasses rum distilled in a column still. This is a rum that, upon pouring, immediately exudes the scent of a forest after a summer rain. Fresh wild herbs, wood, some avocado, moss and a compote of mango and papaya. After some time in the glass you can almost say it is a beautiful fruit compote, seasoned with fresh herbs and sweetened with candied or dried fruits and flavored with a hint of leather. The alcohol is well integrated and there are aromas of caramel, good wood and dark chocolate. A complex and very elegant rum.
