Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014
The Port Charlotte Islay Barley 2014 is a characterful, peated single malt whisky from the Bruichladdich Distillery. Made from 100% barley grown on Islay, it perfectly reflects the island's maritime origins and terroir. Matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon, sherry and wine casks, it develops an intense aroma of smoky peat, sweet vanilla, ripe fruit and spicy oak notes. A complex, full-bodied Islay whisky with authentic character and a long, smoky aftertaste.
