Der Penelope Blackberry Old Fashioned ist eine servierfertige Interpretation des klassischen Cocktails. Straight Bourbon und Rye Whiskey werden mit Orange Bitters und einem Brombeer-Sirup kombiniert. So entsteht bei 38 % vol. ein fruchtbetonter Old Fashioned, der Whiskeywürze und Beerennoten miteinander verbindet.
In der Nase zeigen sich saftige Brombeere, reife Früchte und Zitrone. Vanille, Eiche, leichte Zitrusnoten und Beeren prägen den Geschmack. Aromatische Gewürze, dunkle Pflaume und eine feine Fruchtsüße begleiten das Finale.
