Penderyn Rich Oak
Penderyn Rich Oak is the newest addition to the distillery's Gold collection, adding a permanent bottling to the offering. The single malt whiskey matures in a carefully selected combination of ex-Bourbon and European ex-wine casks, which give it its complex variety of aromas.
On the nose, the Penderyn Rich Oak shows its elegant side and offers a wealth of scents. Dark chocolate notes with spicy hints of cinnamon and pepper come to the fore, followed by fruity nuances of green apple, mango, banana and guava.
The palate is dominated by a creamy texture that makes the whiskey particularly smooth and full-bodied. A rich spectrum of aromas unfolds here, including vanilla, oak and cinnamon with hints of nutty toffee, giving the whiskey its unique character.
