Namibian whiskey with a unique character
The Ondjaba Signature Edition #2 is produced in Namibia from a triple-grain recipe, which includes the regionally prevalent Mahangu millet. To achieve a subtle earthy smoky note, the malt is treated with elephant dung. The whiskey then matures in Virgin Oak as well as in red wine and brandy casks.
Aroma and Taste
Toasted grain and nutty impressions characterize the aroma, accompanied by fine smoke and hints of dry wood. On the palate, a creamy, robust texture combines with spicy oak and a subtle sweetness of dried fruits. The finish is long and aromatic.
