The Ocho Plata Single Estate Tequila is living proof of the importance of terroir in tequila. This distillate is made exclusively from overripe agave plants harvested from the highland fields of Jalisco. Ocho is a single estate tequila, meaning each bottling comes from a single field, reflecting the unique influences of geography, soil, and microclimate.
Each harvest captures the character of its specific location. This approach allows us to discover and taste the nuances of each individual field, or "rancho." The result is a tequila that puts the agave at the center and showcases its natural complexity.
From nose to palate, Tequila Ocho Plata Single Estate Capulin delivers intense, clear, and vibrant agave aromas. These are complemented by subtle notes of citrus, a light earthiness, and a subtly peppery finish.
