The Mouton Cadet Graves Réserve Blanc 2023 presents itself as an outstanding example of the fine art of winemaking in the renowned Graves region, known for its first-class white wines. The careful selection of grapes from various specially targeted plots enables the creation of a Wine that impresses with both its complexity and elegance.
The cuvée is made up of the three grape varieties Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle, with Sémillon forming the basis with a share of 77% and giving the wine a refreshing minerality. The Sauvignon Blanc, whose 19% contributes fruity and floral aromas, adds notes of citrus fruits and flowers, while the Muscadelle with a share of 4% adds a subtle spice and finesse to the overall picture.
The Mouton Cadet Graves Réserve Blanc is a brilliant light yellow in colour, with greenish reflections that indicate the freshness and vitality of the wine. The bouquet opens with lively citrus notes, especially grapefruit, accompanied by a fine hint of apricot, which prepares the palate for an enjoyable journey.
