The Ceretto Moscato d'Asti 2024 is an outstanding sparkling white wine that perfectly showcases the elegance and character of the Moscato Bianco grape. This sweet wine comes from the picturesque vineyards of Piedmont and belongs to the renowned DOCG Moscato d'Asti, which guarantees high quality.
The vineyards, which extend over 42 hectares, are located at an altitude of 300 to 400 meters and benefit from an optimal microclimate that encourages the grapes to ripen. The soils, rich in clay, sand and silt, give the wine a particular minerality and complexity. The harvest is manual, selecting only the best and ripest grapes to ensure the high quality of the final product.
The vinification of Ceretto Moscato d'Asti is carried out with the utmost care. Fermentation in a stainless steel autoclave ensures that the fruity aromas and natural bouquet of the grape are preserved as best as possible. This method makes it possible to highlight the typical floral and fruity notes of Moscato d'Asti without losing the clarity and freshness of the wine. Pre-clarification, clarification and filtration are carried out in careful steps to respect the integrity of the grape and present the wine in its purest form.
On the nose, the Ceretto Moscato d'Asti 2024 unfolds a seductive bouquet of fresh peaches, apricots and a hint of acacia blossoms. On the palate, the wine is sweet, but perfectly balanced with a lively acidity that complements the sweetness and ensures a refreshing drinking experience. The fine bubbles created by the gentle effervescence give the wine an appealing texture and liveliness.
