Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage 2015
The Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage 2015 presents itself as an exceptional vintage champagne with an unmistakable personality. The 2015 vintage grapes were remarkably ripe and had a powerful, fruity nose and full body.
The blend consists mainly of Pinot Noir (44%), followed by Chardonnay (32%) and Meunier (24%). The champagne was aged in the cellars for 6 years and refined after disgorgement for at least another 6 months to achieve its perfect balance and harmony.
In the glass, the Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage 2015 presents itself with a delicate, vegetative bouquet. Initial notes of breadcrumbs, fresh brioche and almond paste are noticeable, giving way to elderflower and jasmine before aromas of white peach and watermelon emerge. The taste profile is rounded off by delicate notes of garrigue in the morning.
