The Moet & Chandon Champagne Ice Imperial Rose is a refreshing champagne that is perfect for enjoying on warm summer days. This champagne is a remarkable cuvée using mainly Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. The proportion of Chardonnay grapes is rather low at 5 to 10 percent, but this ensures a fine acidity.
The taste profile of the champagne is determined by intense fruit notes and a balanced dosage. The Pinot Noir provides a pleasant spice and structure, while the Pinot Meunier gives a soft fullness and balance. The Chardonnay grapes round off the taste with a polished acidity. The specially selected reserve wines contribute to the intensity, richness and consistency of the champagne.
The color of the Moet & Chandon Champagne Ice Imperial Rose is a shiny rosé with golden reflections. The bouquet is fruity and vital, with the aromas of red berries such as sour cherries, cranberries and cranberries standing out.
