The Minuty Prestige Côtes de Provence 2022 is an elegant rosé wine that impresses with its careful production and the harmonious combination of tradition and modern viticulture. The vines that thrive in the renowned Côtes de Provence region benefit from a sunny, Mediterranean climate , which is ideal for the ripening of the grapes.

This wine is made from a hand-picked selection of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes, which are harvested when fully ripe. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed in pneumatic presses, which gently extracts the valuable aromas. The subsequent cold sedimentation at 15 °C ensures ensures that the musts enter the fermentation process clear and pure.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C to bring out the fruity and floral notes to their fullest. The decision to avoid malolactic fermentation helps to preserve the wine's fresh and lively acid structure. In winter, the Minuty Prestige matures in the winery's cool cellars and develops a complex aroma.
