Mijenta Tequila Blanco is a high-quality, handcrafted tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This tequila is made in small batches using traditional methods that involve slow cooking the agave plants, fermenting them and distilling them in copper stills. Mijenta places great emphasis on sustainability and produces a completely additive-free tequila.
The tequila has a complex and elegant aroma with notes of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, honeydew melon and peaches. On the palate, rich flavors of cooked agave, fresh fruit and spices such as cinnamon unfold.
Mijenta Tequila Blanco has received numerous awards, including the "Gold Award" at the USA Spirits Ratings 2020 and the "Best of the Best" winner 2021 from the Robb Report.
