Here, the cask strength US1 Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is first stored in a custom-made barrel and then stored for an additional period in a second barrel made from 24-month, air-dried wood and toasted to our specifications. This complex process gives the whiskey a characteristic note and outstanding aromas that can only arise in such a pioneering process.
