This remarkable product is based on the classic Michter's Kentucky Straight Bourbon, which is refined through a unique maturation process. After regular storage, the bourbon is given the opportunity to mature in a specially made second barrel made from wood that has been air-dried for 18 months. This barrel is carefully toasted but not burned out, which has a decisive influence on the flavor complexity of the whiskey.
