Michter's 10 Years Single Barrel Rye
One of the least produced products, Michter's 10 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye continues the legacy of America's first rye whiskey from America's first whiskey company (Michter's, originally known as Shenk's). After nearly three years off the market, Michter's then-Master Distiller Willie Pratt finally gave the green light to re-release Michter's 10 Year Straight Rye in April 2014.
Tasting Notes:
Aromatic notes of vanilla and toffee are enhanced by a subtle hint of toasted almonds, while an undertone of cinnamon adds a warm note. Crushed pepper provides the perfect kick, and a kiss of orange citrus completes this delicious blend.
