Gold Medal Winner at the 2020 San Francisco Wine and Spirits Competition and Silver Medal Winner in the Blended Irish Whiskey category at the 2020 Las Vegas International Whiskey Competition.
This is the first blended Irish whiskey to be released by the rejuvenated Matt D'Arcy & Co. Ltd, first established in 1817; a 10 year old port wine cask. An exquisite blend of 10 year old grain and 17 year old single malt, this whiskey is a flavor fusion with its Newry Harbor origins.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Experience layers of citrus and fruit of preserved sweetness and spice.
Palate: Discover the rich, sweet dried fruit spice with notes of barley sugar, malt and some oak.
Finish: A wonderfully sweet finish with lingering spice.
