The Loch Lomond combines a wealth of fruity notes with an elegant spice. Facets of spiced apples and vanilla toffee combine harmoniously with subtle smoky nuances in the finish. Bottled at 46% strength and without chill filtration, this single malt retains its natural complexity and depth.
The nose reveals notes of coconut, green apple and pear, complemented by hints of cinnamon and cloves. A sweet concert of toffee and vanilla fudge unfolds on the palate, paired with the freshness of grapefruit, citrus fruits, pineapple and a hint of roasted oak. The long aftertaste leaves a trail of gentle smoke, enveloped in the warming spice of cloves and anise.
