The La Maison Du Rhum Paraguay Small Batch is an exquisite rum produced in the renowned rum distillery of Paraguay. This special rum comes from a careful selection and combines tradition with modern craftsmanship. The production process begins with distillation in 2015, using a 100% copper column still to extract the aromas in a particularly fine way. This type of distillation ensures a high level of purity and clarity in the final product.
After distillation, the rum is first aged in ex-bourbon barrels, which give it a delicate wood and vanilla aroma. This first maturation phase allows the characteristic notes of the bourbon to be incorporated into the distillate, giving the rum a pleasant complexity. It is then finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry and whiskey barrels, which give the product an additional dimension. These barrels are known for their rich, sweet and fruity aromas, which are harmoniously woven into the profile of the rum.
