The Kavalan Triple Sherry Limited Edition is an outstanding example of the art of whisky production, shaped by the unique landscape of Taiwan and the careful selection of the finest raw materials. This limited edition is the result of masterful maturation in three different sherry casks: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez (PX ) and Moscatel. This combination gives the whisky a remarkable depth and complexity that delights connoisseurs and lovers alike.
The bouquet opens with intense aromas of dried fruit, reminiscent of ripe dates and fine apricots. A seductive sweetness unfolds, accompanied by rich caramel notes reminiscent of freshly roasted sugar. The taste harmony is complemented by nuances of nuts and spices, which provide a pleasant warmth in the finish.
The miniatureKavalan Wine Oak 54% 5cl is an exquisite example of the art of whisky making from Taiwan. This special bottling is characterized by its maturation in carefully selected wine barrels that were previously used to store fine wines. After use, the barrels are carefully processed: they are scraped, roasted and burned out to bring out the complex fruity aromas to the maximum. This complex process ensures that the characteristic notes combine perfectly with the Kavalan distillate.
