Kavalan Triple Sherry Casks

Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask is a rare combination of three exquisite sherry cask agings - Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel - whose main character are the dried fruit aromas typical of Oloroso. Rich caramel notes and the sweetness of malt sugar combine with the tropical fruit notes typical of Kavalan to create a fine, clearly sherried whiskey. After full maturation in three different sherry casks, the casks are married together. This process allows the three whiskeys to be blended together in perfect fusion and achieve numerous aromatic dimensions.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Ripe berries and dried fruit with fresh scents of grapes and citrus, infused with chocolate brownie and caramel sweetness. A hint of cinnamon, clover and spices paired with a pleasant oak note and fragrant rosemary.

Palate: Persistent flavors of sherry dried fruit. Warm and smooth with a soft texture, candied fruit, caramel and honey sweetness. Complex and perfectly balanced, a real treat on the palate.
