Kavalan Soloist Amontillado Cask

Kavalan Solist Amontillado presents the aromatic complexity of a well-aged sherry that bridges the gap between fino and oloroso. Its unique aging process begins under a layer of Flor yeast, resulting in rich notes of toasted almonds and hazelnuts typical of Amontillado casks.

Tasting Notes:

Rich and complex aromas of hazelnut, almond, toffee and oak form an inviting introduction. A surprisingly smooth sherry aroma gives way to caramel for a smooth taste experience before there are subtle notes of nuts and pepper on the finish.
