Two peated and unpeated spirits from the Isle of Raasay are aged separately in Chinkapin oak, Bordeaux red wine and Rye whiskey casks. A first in the history of Scotch whisky.
Our carefully crafted recipe brings together six individual whiskey casks, each with its own distinctive style and character, to create the perfect lightly peated single malt with rich dark fruit flavors.
