The Isle of Harris Distillery proudly presents the second bottling of The Hearach Oloroso Release, an exquisite creation that embodies the high craftsmanship and tradition of Scottish whisky making. This special edition is matured in premium Oloroso sherry butts sourced from the renowned Bodega José y Miguel Martin in Andalusia. The quality of these casks was personally verified in 2015, underlining the exceptional care and dedication of the distillery.

The Hearach Oloroso Release unfolds a complex and seductive aroma from the very first contact with the palate. Cinnamon and orange peel, reminiscent of the contemplative Christmas season, dominate the first impression and are accompanied by the warm spice of cloves. The gentle green notes of herbs harmonize masterfully with the sweet, creamy texture of the white chocolate, which gives the whisky a special depth.
