Irish American Classic Blend
IrishAmerican Classic is a blended whiskey made from 70% malted barley. The blend is double distilled in copper pot stills and non-chill filtered for maximum flavor. Matured in first fill ex-American bourbon casks to ensure real smoothness. A little 10 year old single malt is also mixed in to make it really special. Irish American Classic Blend is a rich and vibrant whiskey, aromatic with hints of spice.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Fairly delicate and refined, floral and citrus notes with hints of cinnamon and oak.
Palate: Light and delicate to the fore with a very accessible blend of vanilla and oak.
Finish : A mild peppery finish.
