Beschreibung
J.P. Wiser’s 18 Jahre ist ein lang gereifter Blended Canadian Whisky aus der Hiram Walker & Sons Distillery in Windsor, Ontario. Für diese Abfüllung werden ausgewählte Whiskykomponenten nach mindestens 18 Jahren Reifezeit miteinander vermählt. In der Nase zeigen sich Vanille, Zedernholz, herbstliche Blüten, frische Kiefer und reife Eiche. Der weiche Gaumen verbindet gebackenen Apfel mit Gewürzen, kräftigem Karamell und einem Hauch Zitrus. Der lange, geschmeidige Abgang rundet den Canadian Whisky ab. Mit 40,0 % Vol. lässt er sich pur, auf Eis oder mit wenigen Tropfen Wasser genießen.
