Inspired by spring and summer in Orkney, this Highland Park is the sequel to 2017's The Dark. The fresh and zesty character of Highland Park is slightly altered; Replacing the more traditional sherry casks with American oak refill casks, with an emphasis on pear, vanilla and smooth spices.
