The Highland Park 15 year old The Octave is an exquisite bottling by Duncan Taylor from the Highland Park distillery. This single malt whiskey was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2023. Its maturation took place in a Sherry Octave Finish type of cask, which gives it a certain note of fruit and spices. This whiskey is sold as a single cask bottling and is cask strength. The cask number of the 5036604 cask is marked on the bottle and only 86 bottles of 0.7 liter size were made.
