The unique High West Double Rye embodies a harmonious balance of bold rye spice with vibrant botanical notes that offer freshness and complexity at the same time. A blend of column and pot still whiskeys aged for at least two years. Formulated to bring out the wonderful, bold spiciness of high-rye whiskeys and a refreshing botanical brightness. A unique and balanced flavor profile of cinnamon, gingerbread cookies, juniper, mint leaves and fresh wildflower honey. Mixed to be boldly sipped, stirred and enjoyed.
Tasting Notes:
Spicy rye notes at the beginning, followed by a hint of menthol, mint and eucalyptus, determine the taste. The whole thing is rounded off by aromas of wildflower honey and spiced tea.
