Hibiki Japanese Harmony
Introduced in 2015, Hibiki Japanese Harmony contains many whiskeys similar to its bigger brothers. In particular from the Hakushu and Yamazaki distillery and a grain whiskey from the Chita distillery. It impresses with its very nice bottle and its typical taste.
Tasting Notes
Nose: rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, notes of ripe wood, sandalwood
Palate: honey, candied orange peel, white chocolate
Finish: Soft, gentle long finish, with hints of mizunara (Japanese oak)
