This exquisite Old Pure Single Jamaican Rum comes from the traditional Hampden Distillery, which was founded in 1779 and thus looks back on a long history The bottling is not only a tribute to the distillery's impressive Great House, but also a testament to the artistry and craftsmanship of the rum producers.
The basis of this rum is molasses, which in combination with dunder creates an authentic and complex taste structure. Distillation takes place using a double retort pot still, a process traditionally used in Jamaica that gives the rum its characteristic fullness. Storage takes place in high-quality bourbon casks, which gives the end product additional depth and complexity.
With an alcohol content of 57% vol., this rum offers an intense taste experience characterized by a harmonious balance between freshness and richness.
