Hampden C<>H 2018/2026 The Ester Hunter Catch #9 The Whisky Jury
Catch #9 from The Ester Hunter series is dedicated to a Jamaican high-ester rum from Hampden. The rum with the marque C<>H was distilled in December 2018 and bottled in May 2026 from Cask #11. Its exceptionally high ester content is 1,300 to 1,400 g/hlpa.
The Whisky Jury bottled the single cask at a robust 63.9% vol. The rum is uncolored and non-chill-filtered; only 248 bottles were produced in total. This bottling thus focuses on Hampden's uncompromising high-ester style and the individual character of a single cask.
