Ay Pa Todos Blanco 100% Agave
Ay Pa Todos Blanco is produced at Hacienda Casa Macías in the heart of Tequila in the Mexican state of Jalisco. It is based on fully ripened agaves, which are slowly and traditionally cooked. After roasting, the sweet agave juice is extracted with a roller mill and naturally fermented without accelerators or artificial temperature control.
Distillation follows traditional methods in stills designed by master distiller Don Manolo Macías himself. Bottling also takes place directly on-site, ensuring that all steps from agave to bottle remain under the Hacienda's control. The result is a clear, rather dry Blanco that can be enjoyed neat or used in classic tequila cocktails.
