Grace O'Malley Rum Cask
Grace O'Malley Rum Cask Whiskey is a special blend combining multiple whiskey batches of varying ages up to ten years to achieve the perfect balance of fruitiness, aged character, complexity and smoothness. This particular blend, unique to Ireland for its high double-malt content, is aged in Caribbean-aged rum casks for a particularly rich flavor.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Shows a great fruity character with hints of toffee, ripe banana and tropical fruits.
Palate: Creamy start with a fusion of toasted cereal flavors and notes of fruit compote.
Finish: Long and sweet with lingering rum notes.
