Grace O'Malley Blended Irish Whiskey is a combination of several batches of whiskey aged between three and ten years. Each batch of whiskey is perfectly aged in a variety of casks, including French oak. Casks are hand selected according to the characteristics of each whisky, including grain whiskey aged in used bourbon casks and malt whiskey aged in rum casks. The resulting blend delivers a whiskey perfectly balanced between fruitiness, aged character, complexity and smoothness.

Nose: caramel, bourbon vanilla, malty notes, dried almonds, orange peel, honey.

Palate: Smooth front palate with round tannins, well balanced with fruity overtones.

Finish: Oriental pastries, sweet spices and toasted notes.
