This NC500 Gin is bottled at a higher strength of 50.0% as a tribute to this iconic tourist route. Each bottle of the first batch of 600 bottles is individually numbered. This unique Highland gin is made with 9 different botanicals including locally picked hawthorn berries. It has a crisp, full-bodied taste with clear citrus notes and spices on the finish. It is recommended to be enjoyed on ice with orange zest and a sprig of crushed coriander.
