The Glendronach 18 years is a highly valued single malt Scotch whisky from the Highlands. It matures exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks, which gives it its deep, dark mahogany color and its rich, complex taste. On the nose, the Glendronach 18 years unfolds aromas of ripe plums, dark chocolate and roasted nuts, underpinned by spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves. On the palate it is full-bodied and soft, with intense sherry notes, dried fruit and a hint of oak. The finish is long and warm, with a gentle finish of caramel and toffee. This whisky offers an excellent example of traditional sherry cask maturation and is a delight for connoisseurs and lovers of full-bodied whiskies.
