The Glendronach 12 year old is a stunning single malt whiskey that has been matured in the finest Spanish Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks for a minimum of 12 years. This unique combination gives the whiskey a naturally dark color and an incomparable taste.
The scent of sweet and creamy vanilla with hints of ginger is unmistakable. The scent of spices and pear aromas shimmers through in the background.
The taste of the Glendronach 12 year old is full-bodied and silky smooth. The rich, warm taste of oak and sherry sweetness caresses the palate. Notes of raisins and soft fruits support the variety of tastes. The slightly spicy character of the whiskey ensures medium length and a dry finish.
