Glencadam 1999
This is a 20 year old Highland whiskey bottled at 55% cask strength. By aging in the Pedro Ximènez sherry cask, he got fine sherry aromas. No chill filtration or addition of dye was used.
Limited to 667 bottles!
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rich aromas of molasses, raisins and fudge cushioned by a malty background.
Palate: Sweet and layered with notes of sultanas and dried fruit brightened by peppery floral highlights.
Finish : Roasted and long with layers of dates and cake spices leaving a sweet grape aftertaste.
