Three Decades of Maturity under the Signatory Vintage Seal In the heart of Speyside, at the traditional Glenburgie Distillery, this single malt was distilled on September 5, 1995. A honey-colored spectrum of fruit and spice In the clear glass bottle, the liquid shimmers in a warm honey tone, already visually bridging to its inner values.
Cask Maturation and Origin
This Glenburgie from Signatory Vintage is such a jewel, rewarding the patience of waiting with an exceptional variety of flavors. However, its true destiny was found through the selection by independent bottler Signatory Vintage for the exclusive Cask Strength Collection. After many years of initial maturation, the whisky received a character-defining finish in a 1st Fill Pedro Ximénez Hogshead with cask number 201.
Aromatics
On the palate, the full power of 30 years of maturation unfolds: dark chocolate and creamy toffee merge with the fruitiness of ripe plums, while a delicate spice of cinnamon and ginger provides structure. The finish is remarkably long, leaving an elegant trail of oak and dark fruits.
